I have been a personal trainer for almost two years. I am ISSA certified in nutrition and personal training. I am CPR certified. I have been in your shoes. I have progressively lost 115lbs over the last four years.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. Call me today and let’s start training together!
Services Offered
Group Class Training
Eight group workouts a month. We meet Monday to Wednesday 6:30pm-7:15pm weekly. Meal plan included in price.
Six week online program
Six week online program built to do at home or the gym. Meal plan is included.
Meal plan or workout plan separately
If you are needing help in one or the other, I am here to help.
Six week online glute program
Online program to help you get started in the right direction towards growing your glutes.
Twelve week transformation program
Twelve in person sessions 5:30pm-6:15.
Two meal plans.

Victoria is truly a dedicated warrior and she cares for her clients. Sometimes it might be tough love but it’s at that time when you need to hear the truth and push yourself to do better. I am currently taking her 6 weeks fit challenge and I am loving the meal plan that she has me on. I workout with the group twice a week and the workouts are very challenging and dripping sweat in the first 15 minutes of the class. I have also done personal training with her and she really pushes you and that’s what I need. She will correct you if you’re doing something incorrectly and what I love the most is she is engaged with you the entire time. “Good job Tonya” “you got this Tonya” etc.
If you’re looking for a coach then Victoria is your girl! Take advantage of her monthly specials and you will be wanting more! You will get your money worth when you train w/V!

Victoria does an amazing job interacting and communicating with the individuals that she works with! The meal plans that she writes are completely personal for you and are based on items that you eat. She thoroughly explains each exercise and is willing to offer modifications when needed. I am very happy that I chose to sign up for her classes!

Her meal plans are great, they are easy to follow and she gives you options to mix it up so you don’t get bored. ​Victoria is awesome. I love the fact that she’s been in the same position as her clients and put in the same hard work to get where she is now. She is so understanding that you are human and not always going to be perfect. I love that with the meal plans she also tells you what vitamins and brands of things are best. She is very honest, open, and diligent. I recently switched from a virtual client to in person training and can’t wait to start. Her prices are super reasonable and she has great specials each month.
